Day 1: Arrival in Ayodhya – Local Sightseeing
Arrival at Ayodhya Airport/Railway Station. Meet & Greet by our representative. check-in at the hotel and little relax, After Freshnup and Visit: Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Hanuman Garhi Kanak Bhawan Dashrath Mahal Nageshwarnath Temple Guptar Ghat (Sunset view at Saryu River )Saryu Aarti Darshan Treta Ke Thakur Ram Katha Park Tulsi Smarak Bhawan Museum Mani Parvat Overnight stay in Ayodhya

Day 2: Ayodhya Chappaiya Sightseeing (Approx 60 km – 1.5 hrs drive)

Early Morning, Breakfast Proceed for Chappaiya Visit...  Shri Swaminarayan Ji Maharaj। Sightseeing at Chappaiya: Ghanshyam Bhavan (birthplace temple)Narayan Sarovar Laxman Ghat Temples dedicated to Swaminarayan Bhagwan Dinner & overnight stay at Ayodhya. Evening local market walk. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 3: Ayodhya – Prayagraj (170 km / ~4.5 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Prayagraj (Allahabad). Visit: Triveni Sangam (holy confluence of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati) Hanuman Temple (Lete Hue Hanuman), Anand Bhawan (Home of Nehru family) Akshayavat Tree, Allahabad Fort (outside view)Optional: Take a holy dip at Sangam. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 4: Prayagraj – Varanasi (120 km / ~3 hrs)

After breakfast, head to Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities in the world. Visit: Kashi Vishwanath Temple ,Annapurna Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir ,Durga Kund Temple.Evening: Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat (must-see). Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 5: Varanasi – Sarnath Excursion
Early morning boat ride on the Ganges (sunrise view).Post breakfast, visit: Sarnath (Buddha gave first sermon) ,Dhamek Stupa ,Sarnath Museum ,Chaukhandi Stupa .
Evening free for shopping (Banarasi silk, wooden crafts). Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 6: Departure from Varanasi
After breakfast, transfer to Varanasi Airport/Railway Station.Tour ends with spiritual blessings and wonderful memories.

Inclusions

1. Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis in standard/deluxe hotels .
2 .Daily breakfast at the hotel .

Exclusions

1. Any airfare or train fare.
2 .Meals other than breakfast.
3 .Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, etc.
4 .Entrance fees to monuments (unless specified).
5. Any kind of travel insurance.
6 .Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary.
7. Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
8 .Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”.

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.

In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.

Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:

A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.

Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:

30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.

15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.

7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:

To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.

No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.

Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:

Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.

In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:

Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):

Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.

Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .

Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .

Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .

Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
