Day 1: Airport Pickup. Later visit to Cellular Jail + Sunset and Sea View with High Tea and Pool Access + Light and Sound Show.
Overnight Stay: Our team attends and drops you back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Port Blair To Havelock in Cruise (Prime Time) + Radhanagar Beach Visit with Complimentary Beach Photoshoot with Andaman Studio Team
Private Cruise To Havelock Island (Makruzz - Premium Class / Nautika - Luxury Class) : Board a high-speed catamaran to Havelock Island. Enjoy the scenic views as you sail through the sea. The ferry time will be from 7:30 AM onwards. If you need to take a later ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island, then post booking just drop an email to us at info@experienceandamans.com and our team will book later departure for your trip to Havelock Island.
Radhanagar Beach & Sunset Visit - Post Lunch, we start our journey to the world famous white sandy beach, Radhanagar Beach. Spend time and soak in the beauty of this amazing destination. Explore this white sand beach and bask in the beauty of this natural wonder. You stay at this beach until sunset. Enjoy this Blue Flag-certified beach.
Complimentary Beach Photoshoot By Andaman Studio - A professional photoshoot is arranged to capture the special memory that will hold a special place down memory lane. We recommend travelers a photoshoot experience by the beach. It's amazing when you are at Radhanagar Beach.
Drop back to the Hotel - Post this trip we return back to the hotel for an overnight stay
Day 3: Elephanta Beach Trip & Complimentary Snorkelling. Later Havelock to Neil Island in Cruise and Laxmanpur Beach Sunset + Star Gazing Trip
Hotel Pickup: Begin the day with a pickup from your hotel.
Boat Ride to Elephant Beach: Board a speedboat and enjoy a scenic ride across the water to the famous Elephant Beach. Around 30 Minutes by boat, Elephant Beach flaunts one of the best reefs in Havelock Island.
Complimentary Snorkelling: Experience the vibrant underwater world with a complimentary snorkelling session, exploring colorful corals and marine life (Snorkeling at Havelock Island depends upon the association guidelines - No refund for snorkeling if the trip does not take place because of weather conditions/govt guidelines)
Cruise to Neil Island: Return to Havelock, check out, and board a private cruise to Neil Island. On arrival, transfer to your resort and refresh.
Laxmanpur Beach Sunset: In the evening, visit Laxmanpur Beach to witness one of Neil’s most spectacular sunsets.
Complimentary Stargazing: After sunset, relax on the beach and enjoy stargazing, a serene experience under the clear island sky.
Overnight Stay: Return to your resort in Neil Island.
Day 4: Visit Bharatapur Beach Visit. Later Neil To Port Blair in Cruise + Local Shopping Trip
Breakfast at Hotel - Havel a good breakfast at the hotel and prepare yourself for today's tour.
Visit Bharatpur Beach - We visit Bharatpur Beach and explore the beauty at Neil. At Bharatpur beach, you can indulge in other water activities such as Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Glass bottom boat ride, or Banana boat ride. A perfect spot for swimming, relaxing and enjoying watersports at Neil.
Check Out & Transfer to Neil Jetty: Check out from your hotel and get transferred to the ferry terminal at Neil Island. Our Neil team will be available for all the transfers.
Cruise to Port Blair: Board a private cruise back to Port Blair, enjoying the scenic sea journey.
Shopping Trip: In the evening, explore local markets in Port Blair for souvenirs—shell crafts, pearls, spices, and island handicrafts to take back home.
Overnight Stay: Return to your hotel in Port Blair for the night.
Day 5: Drop to the Airport Port Blair
Check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport to return home with sweet memories of this exotic destination.
Do note that hotels have an early check-out time. Guest will need to keep their luggage in the reception kiosk if your scheduled flight is in the afternoon. If you wish to visit any attraction during your free time then do let us know

• Any kind of personal expenses.
• Room services, laundry, telephone charges.
• Expenses incurred due to bad weather, natural calamity / flight or ferry cancellation, strike or
any political unrest has to be paid by the guest as per actual.
Terms & Conditions
- • Hotel check out time (mostly) at all the places is between 0700 hrs.to 0900 hrs. (Late checkout is subject to availability or at extra cost).
• During the trip, please hold the Identity Card at the Airport, Ferry Jetty, Hotels etc. which will help the people to identify you all the time.
• Due to limit connectivity, only BSNL and Airtel sim cards will function properly in the islands.
• Islands are plastic free zone and strictly follow 'do not litter'.
• Majorly spoken languages are Hindi, English, Bangla & Tamil.
• It is advisable to follow the instruction by tour manager on time to time.
• The vehicles are not used on disposal basis. The cab will drop you to the sightseeing points & take you back at given timing time to time & guest will have to follow that.
• Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to bad weather or load restriction. Hotels do not provide any refund if your rooms are cancelled due to non-sailing caused by bad weather or any technical issues or any governmental issues. We can arrange your alternative accommodation if you are ready to pay for the same.
• We will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Ferry.
• No refund shall be given for unutilized services.
• In case of any unprecedented hike in hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra. If the ferry is missed due to late coming at harbor, then another ferry will be arranged on next schedule timing on the same day if available on full ticket fare if party agrees to pay & if the seats are available. Otherwise, there is no option to reach Havelock & Neil Island & we are not responsible in any way for refund of unused services or alternative arrangement on the same price for your hotels booked over there.
• Due to natural calamity or any govt. issues, if some points remain close then we will not be responsible for any refund as everything is arranged before the trip start & part of the package is not breakable for refund particular part cost. Instead, we will arrange alternative trip if possible, for the same price booked; otherwise, extra charges will be collected directly to arrange that trip.
• Carrying any under-water jewels (corals / sea shell etc.) is a punishable offence. Also, it is mandatory to take original bills of shopping as security person may ask for it during check-in at the Veer Savarkar airport.
• City tour points, Red skin / Jolly buoy & Baratang Island are closed on Mondays.- • North Island & Ross Island is closed on Wednesday.
• It is mandatory to follow all instructions given by our driver while you drive through Baratang Island. Guests are requested to carry mosquito repellents, first aid kit with them. As due to lack of resources it might not be possible to arrange for a first-aid immediately. Management is not responsible for any bad quality of photographs or videos during under water activity. Hotels / resorts at the islands may not match the expectation of similar star category of hotels / resorts at other conventional holiday destinations in India.
Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.
2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.
4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .
5. Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.
6. No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.
7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
