Ex- Haridwar 1N Haridwar | 1N Rishikesh | 2N Auli 4N 5D

Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar – Local Sightseeing
Arrive at Haridwar Railway Station/Bus Stand.Transfer to hotel & check-in.
Visit famous temples and sites: Har Ki Pauri for evening Ganga Aarti
Mansa Devi Temple (via ropeway) Chandi Devi Temple ,Bharat Mata Mandir .Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar – Rishikesh Sightseeing – Stay in Rishikesh
(Distance: 25 km / 1 hr) After breakfast, check out and drive to Rishikesh.
Enroute sightseeing: Sapt Rishi Ashram ,Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula ,Triveni Ghat ,Parmarth Niketan Ashram .
Optional: Adventure activities like River Rafting, Bungee Jumping, or Zipline.
Evening: Attend Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 3: Rishikesh – Auli (via Joshimath) (Distance: 270 km / 8–9 hrs approx)
Early morning drive to Auli via Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, and Joshimath.
Witness confluences of sacred rivers en route.Reach Joshimath by evening, and either:
Drive further to Auli (weather permitting), or Take the cable car (Asia’s longest ropeway) from Joshimath to Auli (at own cost). Check-in at hotel.
Overnight stay in Auli.

Day 4: Auli Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy the scenic beauty of Auli, known for its meadows and snow (in winter).
Visit: Auli Artificial Lake Gurso Bugyal Trek (short & scenic) .Ropeway Ride (Joshimath–Auli, if not done earlier) .View of Himalayan peaks – Nanda Devi, Trishul, Hathi-Ghoda .
In winter: Snow activities like skiing (if available). Overnight stay in Auli.

Day 5: Auli – Haridwar Departure
(Distance: 270 km / 8–9 hrs approx) After early breakfast, check out and drive back to Haridwar.
Drop by late evening at Haridwar Railway Station / Bus Stand for onward journey.

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
