Himalayan Retreat – Dalhousie | Dharamshala (4N/5D Ex-Pathankot)

Day 1: Pathankot to Dalhousie (Approx. 3–4 hrs)
Pickup from Pathankot Railway Station/Bus Stand. Scenic drive to Dalhousie through the picturesque landscapes.
Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Explore the local markets or take a stroll around Dalhousie’s quiet lanes. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 2: Dalhousie Local Sightseeing
Visit Khajjiar, also known as the ‘Mini Switzerland of India’ (with views of lush green meadows, dense forests, and the snow-clad peaks).
Visit Dainkund Peak for panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Visit St. John's Church, Gandhi Chowk, and Panchpula. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 3: Dalhousie to Dharamshala (Approx. 2.5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala .Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Visit McLeod Ganj (Tibetan culture hub), Namgyal Monastery, Dalai Lama Temple
Evening at leisure or explore the local markets .Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 4: Dharamshala Local Sightseeing
Visit Bhagsu Waterfall, Bhagsunath Temple, and Waterfall Cafe. Explore Kangra Fort or visit the Kunal Pathri Temple.
Take a stroll in the lush Tea Gardens of Dharamshala. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 5: Dharamshala to Pathankot (Approx. 2.5 hrs)
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Head back to Pathankot. Drop at Pathankot Railway Station/Bus Stand for onward journey.

3 .Transportation: This Typically Includes Transfers From The Arrival Point To The Hotel As Mentioned In The Itinerary.

Exclusions

1. Personal Expenses: Any Expenses Of A Personal Nature, Such As Shopping, Extra Meals, Snacks, And Tips, Are Usually Not Included.
2. Optional Tours And Activities: Any Activities Or Excursions Not Mentioned In The Itinerary But Available As Options May Not Be Included.

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
