Detailed Itinerary
Pickup Early morning 5:00AM New jalpaiguri (NJP), our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. The scenic drive takes you through lush green hills, rivers, and charming mountain roads.
After check-in at the hotel and some rest, proceed for local sightseeing in Gangtok, covering key attractions such as:
MG Marg – the vibrant heart of Gangtok, perfect for shopping and leisure walks
Flower Exhibition Centre (subject to time)
Do Drul Chorten (optional)
Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay Gangtok Hotel.
After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to the famous high-altitude destinations near the Indo-China border.
Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake): Located at an altitude of 12,400 ft, this glacial lake is revered for its natural beauty and spiritual significance. The lake remains frozen in winter and reflects stunning colors in different seasons.

Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir: A sacred memorial dedicated to Indian Army soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh, believed to protect soldiers posted in the region.
After the excursion, return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay Gangtok Hotel
(Note: Nathula Pass visit is subject to permit and weather conditions and can be arranged at additional cost.)
After breakfast check out from hotel with limited luggage and proceed to Lachen (8,500 ft.), North Sikkim. On the way take a break for some beautiful spots which are worth seeing and visiting like Naga Waterfall, The Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) & Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachung check into your hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachen.

Terms & Conditions
1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.
7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.
8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train
9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.
10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.
Refund Policy
1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.
2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.
3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.
4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .
5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.
6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.
7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
