Arrive at Delhi Railway station / Airport Meet our assistance and drive to Shimla. Upon arrival check-in Shimla hotel. take some rest then.....If time permitting you can visit some sightseeing of mall rod and local places.
Shimla :- The capital of the state of Himachal Pradesh. A very popular holiday-retreat, it is well-known for its Victorian architecture, which is reflected in certain areas of the Mall and The Ridge. It is also a famous holiday spot for honeymoon.
Visiting: Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Jakhoo Temple, The ridge, Christ church, Green valley, Johnnies wax museum all local sightseeing. Return Back to Hotel enjoy the Dinner over night Stay in Hotel.
Morning Complete your breakfast and get ready to visit Kufri and Naldehra Sightseeing It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist pienic spot.
Kufri: Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Pony and Yak Ride and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town. Kufri:- Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 20 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22. The name Kufri is derived from the word kufri meaning "lake" in the local language.
Naldehra:- Nestled between the beautiful lofty ranges of the Himalayas, lies the Naldehra hill station. The Naldehra hill resort near Shimla is no less than a picture perfect destination. Solang (Nearby village) and Nallah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. Rohtang Pass: The pass provides a natural divide between the Kullu Valley with a primarily Hindu culture (in the south), and the arid high-altitude Lahaul and Spiti valleys with a Buddhist culture (in the north). The pass lies on the watershed between the Chenab and Beasbasins. On the southern side of this pass, the Beas River On the southern side of this pass, the Beas River emerges from underground and flows southward and on its northern side, the Chandra River (flows from the eastern Himalayas), a source stream of the river Chenab, flows westward. 1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.
7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.
8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train
9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.
10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.
Refund Policy
1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.
2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.
3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.
4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .
5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.
6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.
7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
