Arrive Lucknow Railway Station/Airport and Proceed Bhairahawa By Road Entering to Nepal border Suanuli nearly 135 kilometres takes 03:40 hours - Hotel check in Bhairahawa. Overnight Stay at hotel in Bhairahawa.
Early Morning Proceed to Kathmandu By Road. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the Kathmandu Valley is the political and cultural heart of the Kingdom. On the way you have an option of doing river rafting or visit the Manakamna Temple βGoddess of Fulfilling Wishesβ where you are taken by a cable ride (at extra cost) of 9 mins. Once you reach Kathmandu , check-in to your hotel and relax for some time. Overnight Stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

1- Pashupatinath Temple (This temple was classified as a World Heritage Site in 1979. This "extensive Hindu temple precinct" is a "sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Baghmati River", and is one of seven monument groups in UNESCO's designation of Kathmandu Valley)
2- Gunjeshwari peeth (When Shiva was insulted by his father-in-law (i.e., Daksha), his wife Sati Devi was so angry that she jumped into the flames of the yagya.
3- Boudh Stupa (Boudha Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site)
4- Buddhaneelkantha/Sleeping Vishnu/Jal Narayan (Hindu open-air temple dedicated to Lord Mahavishnu. Budhanilkantha Temple is situated below the Shivapuri Hill at the northern end of the Kathmandu valley.)
5- Syambhu/Monkey Stupa (The complex consists of a stupa, a variety of shrines and temples, some dating back to the Licchavi period. A Tibetan monastery, museum and library are more recent additions. The stupa has Buddha's eyes and eyebrows painted on. Between them, the number one (in Devanagari script) is painted in the fashion of a nose.)
6- Kathmandu Durbar Square Kathmandu Durbar Square is the plaza in front of the old royal palace of the then Kathmandu Kingdom. It is listed under the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The preference for the construction of royal palaces at this site dates back to as early as the Licchavi period in the third century. It holds the palaces of the Malla andShah kings who ruled over the city.. Along with these palaces, the square surrounds quadrangles revealing courtyards and temples. It is known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square, a name derived from a statue of Hanuman, the monkey devotee of Lord Ram, at the entrance of the palace. Major attractions of Kathmandu Durbar Square are Living Goddess, Kumari, Kasthamandap, Ashok Binayak, Kaal Bhairav, Jagannath temple, Kotilingeswara Mahadev, Mahendreswara, and three-roofed Taleju Temple.

1- Vindhyasini-------The main temple is devoted to goddess Bindhyabasini, a Bhagawati who is the incarnation of Kali. There are smaller temples of goddess Saraswati, Shiva, Hanuman, Ganesha in the premises. The temple is situated atop a small hill and can be accessed via stone staircases on the East and North East. The views of the Himalayas from the North of the temple are breathtaking while from the South one can see the expanse of Pokhara city.
2- Mahendra Cave-------- This is a rare example of a cave system in Nepal containing stalagmites and stalactites. This show cave attracts thousands of tourists every year. A statue of Hindu lord Shiva can be found inside the cave.
3- Gorakha museum- (Dedicated to Indian army)
4- Gupteshwar Cave---(Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is a cave located opposite to Davis Fall, the water from Davis falls passes through this cave. Gupteshwor Mahadev cave is one of the major attractions of Pokhara)
5- Thundering Davidβs water fall (Its Nepali name is Patale Chango, which literal meaning is Paatal KO Chango means "Underworld's Waterfall". [3] This is one of the most visited places in Nepal.)
6- Fewa Lake (Tal Barahi Temple also known as Lake Temple or Barahi Temple is a two-story pagoda temple located in the Kaski District of the Gandaki Zone in western Nepal.[2] It is a Hindu temple of the Goddess Durga (Barahi), the protector of gods. It is located in a small island on the south east section of Phewa Lake in Pokhara. The temple is used for worship by Hindus. It can be reached by taking a boat from the Shore of Phewa Lake to reach Tal Barahi temple.

In the morning drive to Lumbini (the birth place of Lord Budhha) about 6 hours drive. Check in to hotel wit welcome drink. Lumbini is the birthplace of Lord Buddha which is situated in Rupandehi District of Southern Terai (lowland), at an altitude of 600 ft. above sea level. - As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters ID Card, Current Driving License, Aadhar Card. All documents must include a photograph.
- Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
- Generally hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirmed early check-in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout.
- If meals are included in package it will be served on set menu basis in buffet / fixed / meal credit format. Items not included in buffet/fixed menu will be charged extra. Hotels decide menu options. Some hotels follow meal credit policy during low occupancy. If bill exceeds meal credit amount, extra amount must be paid directly at hotel. Room service/packing is chargeable. In Chardham, mostly North Indian food or thali is served. Breakfast: 07:00 AM β 09:00 AM, Dinner: 07:00 PM β 10:00 PM (Confirm timing with hotel).
- For extra bed in double sharing rooms, many hotels provide rollaway bed, others provide mattress only. If mattress is not comfortable, inform in advance.
- In hill areas or Chardham, many hotels do not have AC. Lift & power backup usually not available. WiFi & room heater mostly chargeable. Do not expect strong WiFi due to network issues.
- Most hotels in Chardham do not operate full year. Do not expect similar services like Haridwar/Rishikesh. During peak season (May-June), budget hotels may cost more than deluxe hotels elsewhere. Advance booking (3 months for May-June, 1-2 months for Oct-Nov) is recommended. In Kedarnath only basic dharamshala/budget facilities are available.
- AC will not work in all hill areas or in parked vehicles. Hill areas start from Dehradun/Rishikesh onwards.
- Vehicle is permitted for sightseeing points mentioned in itinerary within city limits. For additional/off-route sightseeing contact company. No refund if particular sightseeing point is missed. Nearby sightseeing points must be covered together. Some places like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adi Badri, Bhavishya Badri are off-route. Contact company directly for inclusion.
- In case of vehicle breakdown due to technical issues, we will try to arrange alternative vehicle ASAP. For minor issues, vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We are not responsible for delays/alterations due to natural hazards, cancellations, accidents, weather, sickness, landslides, political unrest, etc.
- If driver is not cooperative, contact company immediately.
- Driver will not drive in No-entry zones or narrow roads causing traffic. Driver duty hours are 12 hours per day. Inform in advance for extended hours.
- In some hill areas, driving after sunset and loud music is restricted due to safety reasons.
- Pickup and drop point will be one only unless discussed via email before booking.
- Multiple visits to same place must be informed in advance due to high parking charges.
- Tour destination/route cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended route may change rates.
- Rates are subject to change due to fuel price fluctuation. If fuel price increases more than 5% after booking, rates may increase even if confirmed earlier.
- Company reserves the right to provide similar vehicle if booked vehicle is unavailable.
- At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some roads or market areas have "NO ENTRY" for certain vehicles. Guests may need alternate transport at additional direct payment basis.
- Parking areas may be far from sightseeing spots. Guests must manage reaching spots at own cost.
- No refund for short stay or unused facilities.
- No cancellation/refund in case of uncontrollable situations like bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, government decisions, political crisis, road blocks, snowfall, terrorism, airline/rail issues, etc.
- Company is not responsible for accident/injury/death/theft during the tour.
- All services may be cancelled without refund until full advance payment is received and accepted.
- Company disclaims implied warranties outside India jurisdiction. Legal jurisdiction will be Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
- A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
- Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

- 30β15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
- 15β7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
- 7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

Rescheduling Policy:
- To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
- No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
- Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

If Plan Changes:
- Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
- In exceptional situations such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about available rescheduling options.

- Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
- Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
- Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date: 10% of the total package amount.
- Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date: 25% of the total package amount.
- Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date: 100% of the total package amount.
