Itinerary

Spiritual Circuit Tour – 6N/7D

Day 1: Arrival in Lucknow – Excursion to Naimisharanya – Overnight in Lucknow
Arrival at Lucknow.Day excursion to Naimisharanya (approx. 90 km one way).
Visit: Chakra Tirth, Lalita Devi Temple, Hanuman Garhi. Return to Lucknow. Overnight stay in Lucknow.

Day 2: Lucknow – Chitrakoot (230 km / 5-6 hrs) – Chitrakoot Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Chitrakoot. Upon arrival, sightseeing at: Ram Ghat Kamadgiri Sati Anusuya Ashram Hanuman Dhara
Overnight stay in Chitrakoot.

Day 3: Chitrakoot – Prayagraj (130 km / 4 hrs) – Prayagraj Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Prayagraj.
Visit: Triveni Sangam (Holy Confluence) Bade Hanuman Mandir Akshaya Vat Anand Bhavan .Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 4: Prayagraj – Varanasi (120 km / 3-4 hrs) – Evening Ganga Aarti
After breakfast, proceed to Varanasi. Check-in and relax. In the evening, experience the famous Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 5: Varanasi Local Sightseeing
Early morning boat ride on the Ganga. Post breakfast, visit: Kashi Vishwanath Temple ,Sarnath (Buddhist heritage site) ,Tulsi Manas Mandir ,Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
Evening at leisure or optional temple visits. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 6: Varanasi – Ayodhya (200 km / 5 hrs) – Ayodhya Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive to Ayodhya. Visit: Ram Janmabhoomi Hanuman Garhi ,Kanak Bhawan .Attend Saryu Aarti at the river bank.
Overnight stay in Ayodhya (optional, or drive ahead to Lucknow based on preference).

Day 7: Ayodhya – Lucknow Drop (140 km / 4 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Lucknow. Drop at Lucknow airport/railway station for onward journey.

Inclusions

3.Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, etc.
4.Entrance fees to monuments (unless specified)
5.Any kind of travel insurance
6.Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary
7.Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events
8.Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”

Terms & Conditions

1.Booking Confirmation:
Tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
A booking confirmation email or receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions:
The package includes accommodation, transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary, and applicable taxes.
Meals, entrance fees, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless specified.
Accommodation:
Hotels will be provided as per availability and equivalent standards mentioned in the itinerary.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.
Transport:
Transportation will be provided as per the group size (AC Innova/Tempo Traveller etc.).
The vehicle will be available as per the itinerary only and not for personal use.

Refund Policy

1.Cancellation by the Customer:
30 days or more before departure: 80% of the tour cost will be refunded.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.

2. Cancellation by the Operator:
In the rare case of tour cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the tour cost will be made.
No compensation shall be made for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare or travel arrangements outside the package.

3. No Show / Early Departure:
No refund will be made for any unutilized part of the tour including early departures or no-shows.

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after formal cancellation confirmation.

5.Mode of Refund:
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
