Ex- Lucknow, Ayodhya, Varanasi & Prayagraj Spiritual Tour 5N 6D

Day 1: Arrival in Lucknow – Local Sightseeing
Pickup from Lucknow Airport / Railway Station .Visit: Bara Imambara & Chhota Imambara ,Rumi Darwaza, Clock Tower, Husainabad Picture Gallery ,Ambedkar Park, Hazratganj Market .Overnight stay in Lucknow .

Day 2: Lucknow – Ayodhya (135 km / 3.5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Ayodhya Visit: Ram Janmabhoomi Temple ,Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Saryu Aarti at riverfront .Explore Ghats & local temples .Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 3: Ayodhya – Varanasi (200 km / 5 hrs)
Early morning check-out & drive to Varanasi .Evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat .Boat ride (optional extra) .Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 4: Varanasi Local Sightseeing
Early morning Sunrise boat ride on River Ganga.Visit temples:Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Sankat Mochan, Durga Kund ,Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
Sarnath: Dhamek Stupa, Museum, Ashoka Pillar . Shopping & street food (optional) .Overnight stay in Varanasi .

Day 5: Varanasi – Prayagraj (120 km / 3 hrs)
Check-out and drive to Prayagraj Visit: Triveni Sangam (boat ride to confluence) Anand Bhawan, Allahabad Fort (outer view) Hanuman Temple, Alopi Devi Temple .
Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 6: Prayagraj – Lucknow Drop (200 km / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive back to Lucknow .Drop at Airport / Railway Station . Tour Ends with Divine Blessings .

Inclusions

1. Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis in standard/deluxe hotels
2. Daily breakfast and Dinner at the hotel
3. All sightseeing and transfers by private AC vehicle
4. Pick-up and drop from Lucknow Airport/Railway Station
5. Toll taxes, parking charges, driver allowances, and fuel cost

Exclusions

1.Any airfare or train fare
2.Meals other than breakfast
3. expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, etc.
4.Entrance fees to monuments (unless specified)
5.Any kind of travel insurance
6.Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary
7.Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events
8.Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”

Terms & Conditions

1.Booking Confirmation:
Tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
A booking confirmation email or receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions:
The package includes accommodation, transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary, and applicable taxes.
Meals, entrance fees, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless specified.
Accommodation:
Hotels will be provided as per availability and equivalent standards mentioned in the itinerary.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.
Transport:
Transportation will be provided as per the group size (AC Innova/Tempo Traveller etc.).
The vehicle will be available as per the itinerary only and not for personal use.

Refund Policy

1.Cancellation by the Customer:
30 days or more before departure: 80% of the tour cost will be refunded.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.

2. Cancellation by the Operator:
In the rare case of tour cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the tour cost will be made.
No compensation shall be made for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare or travel arrangements outside the package.

3. No Show / Early Departure:
No refund will be made for any unutilized part of the tour including early departures or no-shows.

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after formal cancellation confirmation.

5.Mode of Refund:
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
