Royal & Religious Combo: Lucknow | Ayodhya | Varanasi

Day 1: Arrival in Lucknow – Local Sightseeing
Arrival at Lucknow Airport/Railway Station. Visit Bada Imambara, Chota Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and Ambedkar Park .
Evening stroll in Hazratganj .Overnight stay in Lucknow .

Day 2: Lucknow – Ayodhya (140 km / 3.5 hrs)
Drive to Ayodhya. Visit Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, and Saryu Ghat .
Attend evening aarti at the ghat .Overnight stay in Ayodhya .

Day 3: Ayodhya – Varanasi (200 km / 5 hrs)
Drive to the spiritual city of Varanasi .Witness Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat .Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 4: Varanasi Local Sightseeing
Early morning boat ride on the Ganges .Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir .
Explore Banaras Hindu University and local markets .Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 5: Varanasi – Sarnath Excursion – Return to Lucknow (320 km / 6.5 hrs)

Morning visit to Sarnath (Dhamek Stupa, Museum, Ashokan Pillar) .Later, drive back to Lucknow . Overnight stay in Lucknow .

Day 6: Departure from Lucknow
Drop at Lucknow Airport/Railway Station .Tour ends with divine memories.

6. Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary
7. Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events
7.Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
Tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
A booking confirmation email or receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions:
The package includes accommodation, transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary, and applicable taxes.
Meals, entrance fees, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless specified.

3. Accommodation:
Hotels will be provided as per availability and equivalent standards mentioned in the itinerary.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.

4. Transport:
Transportation will be provided as per the group size (AC Innova/Tempo Traveller etc.).
The vehicle will be available as per the itinerary only and not for personal use.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:
30 days or more before departure: 80% of the tour cost will be refunded.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.

2.Cancellation by the Operator:
In the rare case of tour cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the tour cost will be made.
No compensation shall be made for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare or travel arrangements outside the package.

3. No Show / Early Departure:
No refund will be made for any unutilized part of the tour including early departures or no-shows.

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after formal cancellation confirmation.

5. Mode of Refund:
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
