5N/6D Lucknow | Ayodhya | Prayagraj |Varanasi | Spiritual Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Lucknow – Local Sightseeing
Arrival at Lucknow Airport/Railway Station. Meet & Greet by our representative.
Visit: Bara Imambara & Chota Imambara ,Rumi Darwaza, Husainabad Clock Tower ,Ambedkar Park .
Check-in to hotel. Overnight stay in Lucknow.

Day 2: Lucknow – Ayodhya (140 km / ~4 hrs)
Early breakfast, drive to Ayodhya. Visit the most spiritual sites: Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple ,Hanuman Garhi Temple, Kanak Bhawan, Saryu River Aarti
Evening local market walk. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 3: Ayodhya – Prayagraj (170 km / ~4.5 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Prayagraj (Allahabad). Visit: Triveni Sangam (holy confluence of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati)
Hanuman Temple (Lete Hue Hanuman), Anand Bhawan (Home of Nehru family) Akshayavat Tree, Allahabad Fort (outside view)
Optional: Take a holy dip at Sangam. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 4: Prayagraj – Varanasi (120 km / ~3 hrs)
After breakfast, head to Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities in the world.
Visit: Kashi Vishwanath Temple ,Annapurna Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir ,Durga Kund Temple.
Evening: Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat (must-see). Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 5: Varanasi – Sarnath Excursion
Early morning boat ride on the Ganges (sunrise view).Post breakfast, visit: Sarnath (Buddha gave first sermon) ,Dhamek Stupa ,Sarnath Museum ,Chaukhandi Stupa .
Evening free for shopping (Banarasi silk, wooden crafts). Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 6: Departure from Varanasi
After breakfast, transfer to Varanasi Airport/Railway Station.
Tour ends with spiritual blessings and wonderful memories.

Inclusions

1. Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis in standard/deluxe hotels .
2 .Daily breakfast at the hotel .
3. All sightseeing and transfers by private AC vehicle.
4 .Pick-up and drop from Lucknow Airport/Railway Station.
5. Toll taxes, parking charges, driver allowances, and fuel cost.
6. All applicable hotel taxes.

Exclusions

1. Any airfare or train fare.
2 .Meals other than breakfast.
3 .Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, etc.
4 .Entrance fees to monuments (unless specified).
5. Any kind of travel insurance.
6 .Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary.
7. Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
8 .Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
Tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
A booking confirmation email or receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

2.Inclusions & Exclusions:
The package includes accommodation, transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary, and applicable taxes.
Meals, entrance fees, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless specified.

3. Accommodation:
Hotels will be provided as per availability and equivalent standards mentioned in the itinerary.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.

4. Transport:
Transportation will be provided as per the group size (AC Innova/Tempo Traveller etc.).
The vehicle will be available as per the itinerary only and not for personal use.

Refund Policy

1.Cancellation by the Customer:
30 days or more before departure: 80% of the tour cost will be refunded.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.

2. Cancellation by the Operator:
In the rare case of tour cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the tour cost will be made.
No compensation shall be made for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare or travel arrangements outside the package.

3. No Show / Early Departure:
No refund will be made for any unutilized part of the tour including early departures or no-shows.

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after formal cancellation confirmation.

5. Mode of Refund:
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
