6N/7D Spiritual Trail Lucknow | Ayodhya | Varanasi | Bodhgaya | Prayagraj | Lucknow

Day 1: Lucknow to Ayodhya
Depart from Lucknow in the morning. Reach Ayodhya by noon. Visit Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, and Kanak Bhawan.
Enjoy the serene banks of the Saryu River in the evening. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 2: Ayodhya to Varanasi
Depart for Varanasi after breakfast. Arrive in Varanasi by afternoon.
Witness the iconic Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat in the evening. Explore local markets and savor authentic street food. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 3: Varanasi Sightseeing
Begin the day with an early morning boat ride on the Ganges. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sarnath, and Bharat Mata Mandir.
Optional visit to a local silk weaving center. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 4: Varanasi  to Bodhgaya to Prayagraj
Early morning departure for Bodhgaya. Explore Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhi Tree, and nearby monasteries.
Post-visit, continue your journey to Prayagraj. Arrive by late evening. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 5: Prayagraj Sightseeing
Visit the sacred Triveni Sangam, Anand Bhavan, and Hanuman Mandir. Enjoy a relaxed evening exploring local culture.
Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 6: Prayagraj to Lucknow
Post-breakfast, depart for Lucknow. Arrive by afternoon and check in to the hotel.
Optional city tour (Hazratganj, Bara Imambara, Rumi Darwaza). Overnight stay in Lucknow.

Day 7: Departure from Lucknow
Morning at leisure. Tour concludes with drop at railway station/airport or onward destination.

Inclusions

1. Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis in standard/deluxe hotels
2. Daily breakfast at the hotel
3. All sightseeing and transfers by private AC vehicle
4. Pick-up and drop from Lucknow Airport/Railway Station
5.Toll taxes, parking charges, driver allowances, and fuel cost
6. All applicable hotel taxes

Exclusions

1. Any airfare or train fare
2. Meals other than breakfast
3. Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, telephone calls, etc.
4. Entrance fees to monuments (unless specified)
5. Any kind of travel insurance
6. Additional sightseeing or usage of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary
7. Any cost arising due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events
8. Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions”

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
Tour bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
A booking confirmation email or receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions:
The package includes accommodation, transfers, sightseeing as per the itinerary, and applicable taxes.
Meals, entrance fees, personal expenses, and tips are not included unless specified.

3 .Accommodation:
Hotels will be provided as per availability and equivalent standards mentioned in the itinerary.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.

4. Transport:
Transportation will be provided as per the group size (AC Innova/Tempo Traveller etc.).
The vehicle will be available as per the itinerary only and not for personal use.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:
30 days or more before departure: 80% of the tour cost will be refunded.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund applicable.

2. Cancellation by the Operator:
In the rare case of tour cancellation from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the tour cost will be made.
No compensation shall be made for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare or travel arrangements outside the package.

3. No Show / Early Departure:
No refund will be made for any unutilized part of the tour including early departures or no-shows.

4. Refund Timeline:
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after formal cancellation confirmation.

5. Mode of Refund:
All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
